This kept me awake, as well as many cars coming and going. Didnt sleep at all. So much dust. Some people have less than average judgement skills Playing loud music and bring dogs. But security confronted us about our small blow up pool we had because they have a no pool rule skmply because they dont want people using too much of their well water. We had brought our own water to wash our kids in it anways so they said we were fine.
Everyone was very nice. Just wasnt a fan of the inconsiderate morons occupying most the sites. We may go back for a day visit to play in the river but will probably find a new camp place. I wish you could reserve tent sites because there is only one site we would ever use and i wish they would enforce the "no pet" rule. When you have a child with a major fear of dogs, then a random dog is there it becomes a major issue.
Maybe doing a check out to ensure the sites are being left clean etc is a good idea. And not driving by tents at 3 am Trucks filled with people reving over speed bumps and thinking it is so fun is really idiotic.
I suggest aslo they make. Map avaialable of all the tent sites and details because you need that before you arrive so you can have a game plan. Answer from Kati Hamilton. Aug The drive to the campground was fine. Once you get inside the rode is very steep. It's paved and I believe a direct straight line to the RV area after that. Tent camping sites are tricky to drive to.

There are tent camping and RV camping sites. Visit us and get out of the crowds. Stayed three nights and the site was great and the place was clean. The kids found many things in the river, such as crawdads, fish and frogs. The place also had dragonflies, damselflies, butterflies and many birds. Will definitely go back. The campgrounds were very organized and clean.
Our spot was right next to the water and the kids had a blast playing. We met other families and had a quick two day stay. Looking forward to coming back for some tubing.
